In addition to my formal training as a counselor, my life experiences
and passion for learning have combined to create the positive, solution focused approach that I bring to healing the whole person.
My approach has been influenced by the research and writings of many people, including Pope John Paul II and Pope Francis, John and Julie Gottman, Fr, Jacques Philippe, Brene Brown, St. Ignatius (his discernment of spirits), and Dr. Bob Schultz and the John Paul II Healing Institute.
